“ANALISA PORTER’S FIVE FORCES PADA PT. MAYORA INDAH, Tbk”

Tentunya banyak sekali kompetitor lainnya seperti PT. INDOFOOD, PT TIGA PILAR SEJAHTERA FOOD TBK (AISA),  PT. DANONE BISCUITS INDONESIA, PT. ULTRA PRIMA ABADI, PT. NABISCO FOODS, PT. ARNOTT’S INDONESIA, PT.

Give Me a Grip

These days have been amazingly beautiful days in my life. though I'm having my test but there's always someone who shows very supportive wish to me. thanks :)
I can do this. Ever since he asks if I have my dream place, clearly I ever dreamt Singapore. celarly, just wonder. and the more I notice that thing, the more I'm making my next plan come true. I'm planning to study and work abroad in Australia exactly in Melbourne after my four-year-college. I love english so much and I have this nerve to be more active in speaking writing and stuff so yahh, I'm doing it. tee hee....
BUT, the big rock is in front of me, the big rock is "empty pocket" -___________________-
this July I'll have my teaching schedule and I'm not gonna waste my time to only focus on getting money, but on experience and learning english as well. I definitely sure I'm not gonna spend my cash on useless stuff(except Ipod Touch) LOL. XDXDXD
I hope I can make it ! I'm gonna save my money for my next four years and, meeting people, be an active english speaker. guess 21 is not an old age to get late in reaching goals. that will be the time, the perfect time. :)
Ever since this plan is still on the air, I'm afraid to tell him. I don't want him to think I'm boasting or whatever. Wish me good luck and happiness ! :B :D :]

Sad Tragic Love Story

Once upon a time, there was once a guy who was very much in love with this girl. This romantic guy folded 1,000 pieces of papercranes as a gift to his girl. Although, at that time he was just a small executive in his company, his future doesn’t seemed too bright, they were very happy together. Until one day, his girl told him she was going to Paris and will never come back. She also told him that she cannot visualise any future for the both of them, so let’s go their own ways there and then… heartbroken, the guy agreed.
When he regained his confidence, he worked hard day and night, slogging his body and mind just to make something out of himself. Finally with all these hardwork and with the help of friends, this guy had set up his own company…
“You never fail until you stop trying.” he always told himself. “I must make it in life!”
One rainy day, while this guy was driving, he saw an elderly couple sharing an umbrella in the rain walking to some destination. Even with the umbrella, they were still drenched. It didn’t take him long to realise those were his ex-girlfriend’s parents. With a heart in getting back at them, he drove slowly beside the couple, wanting them to spot him in his luxury sedan. He wanted them to know that he wasn’t the same anymore, he had his own company, car, condo, etc. He had made it in life!
Before the guy can realise, the couple was walking towards a cemetary, and he got out of his car and followed them…and he saw his ex-girlfriend, a photograph of her smiling sweetly as ever at him from her tombstone… and he saw his precious papercranes in a bottle placed beside her tomb. Her parents saw him. He walked over and asked them why this had happened. They explained, she did not leave for France at all. She was stricken ill with cancer. In her heart, she had believed that he will make it someday, but she did not want her illness to be his obstacle … therefore she had chosen to leave him.
She had wanted her parents to put his papercranes beside her, because, if the day comes when fate brings him to her again he can take some of those back with him. The guy just wept …the worst way to miss someone is to be sitting right beside them but knowing you can’t have them and will never see them again.
The End
A tragic story that perhaps happens only in the movies. At the end of the day, money is money is money but love is divine. In our quest for our material wealth, take time to make time for our loved ones. There will be a time when we have only memories to cling to. Take this weekend to show our “love” to all that are close to us.

7 Ways to Thank Your Teacher …

7 Ways to Thank Your Teacher …
how to thank a teacher? Well, the first idea is obvious, so I’ll make it my last: just say thank you! But for the Teacher who’s gone above and beyond, and been a big influence on you or your child, there are so many other ways to show your appreciation and gratitude. Here are 7 ways to thank a teacher.

1. Recommend them

Sure, it’s nice to tell your friends and family and all of Facebook how much you adore your teacher, but surely it will mean a lot more to tell their principal, dean, or other administrators. Better yet, put it in writing, so when it comes time for a performance review, your favorite teacher will have proof of just how good they are.

2. Remember them

My own favorite teachers were all three English teaches (Mrs. Doran, Warren, and Ilges), and I think the best way I can thank them is by holding dear their memories, and working in a way that honors them. Whenever I finish a writing project, I review it with a critical eye, and ask myself what they would think, and if they would approve.

3. Send a gift

Who doesn’t love to receive a thank-you card or gift? Of course, that includes teachers! It doesn’t have to be a pricey gift, just something small and sentimental, or just a card itself. Do they really need another Teacher ornament or apple paperweight? No, but I’m sure each one they have means a lot to them.

4. Write a note

Like I mentioned above, sometimes the best way to thank a teacher is to give a gift or a card, or better yet, a personally hand-written note. Just write down your gratitude and appreciation, and either mail the note, or deliver it to the school.

5. Dedicate your work

If you become an artist or a writer, why not thank the teacher who inspired you by dedicating your work to that teacher? I plan to dedicate a book to my high school English teachers, once I write one that’s worthy of them.

6. StoryCorps

On September 19, storycorps kicked off the National teachers initiative, recording the stories of teachers and their students in 40-minute interviews. The interviews will be archived with other StoryCorps interviews at the Library of Congress. Find out more, including how to participate, at storycorps.org.

7. Say thank you!

Aside from all of the above things, obviously, the best way to thank a Teacher is to just say thank you! A big hug is nice, too, wouldn’t you agree?
With so many ways to thank a teacher, there’s no reason to delay! Get out there with this list, and say thank you! (Mrs. Doran, if you’re reading this: thank you!) If you’re a teacher, which of these ways would you like to be thanked? Or is there something else we students and ex-students can do to show our love? Do tell!

8 Tricks To Fall Asleep You Should Try …

Tricks To fall Asleep can come in handy on those restless nights. Sometimes falling asleep can be a real chore! You try, but no matter how many sheep you count or how many times you roll over, you still just can’t drift off to la-la land. Well, the good news is, there are some tricks to fall asleep you should try that can help! I know, because they have worked for me many times. Here is my top tricks to fall asleep you should try! You will be sleeping like a little baby in no time at all!

1. Get Active

If you lay around all day and do nothing to tire yourself out, of course you won’t be sleepy at night! Get active and do some things to make yourself tired. Exercise is a good place to start, not only because it will wear you out, but exercise promotes healthy sleeping patterns and physical fitness. So get to the gym or take a light jog through the park!

2. Sleep Tight

My husband and I employ this trick to fall asleep and it works like a charm! A few minutes before heading to bed, turn your AC down low. You will sleep better in a cooler temperature! You can also have a fan or two blowing on you as you drift off for maximum effect.

3. Relax

Before trying to fall asleep, it’s important to wind down for the evening. Do something that relaxes you. Some people like to read, others like to meditate or watch television. Try taking a warm bath or shower to help your muscles relax, and maybe rub on a lavender scented lotion to soothe your senses.

4. Food for Thought

There are certain foods you should avoid close to bedtime. Obviously anything with caffeine will get you wired up and make it difficult to fall asleep! it’s also important not to eat too heavy of a meal or anything that might be hard to digest late in the evening. Digestion will keep a good many people up throughout the night!

5. Lights Out

One of the Tricks to fall asleep that I absolutely must use is making sure all the lights are turned out. I don’t even like a night light when I’m sleeping! Many people find it best to fall asleep in a completely dark room. Turn off all TV’s phones, computers and lamps before laying down. If you have windows, hang up blinds to block out all the lights. The sand man will visit you in no time!

6. Avoid Tension

It can be hard to fall asleep when you feel tense and wired up. It’s a good idea to refrain from watching a scary movie, reading and intense book, or taking part in any heated discussions before bed. Try to calm your mind and only think of relaxing, quiet thoughts.

7. Have Some Tea

Having a cup of warm tea is a nice way to unwind before bed time, and it’s a great trick to fall asleep! Chamomile tea is high in nerve and muscle relaxing calcium, so it’s a great tea to sip on before you try to sleep. But if you don’t have chamomile on hand, a cup of regular decaffeinated tea with some honey or peppermint oil in it will calm you down on its own!

8. Establish a Routine

Having a routine, a set waking and sleeping pattern, is one of the very best Tricks to fall asleep of all. Try to start going to bed and waking up at the same time at least 5 days out of the week if at all possible. Your body will start recognizing this pattern and following it naturally! With these tricks to fall asleep, you should have no problem closing those eyelids and fluttering off to dreamland! These tricks to fall asleep are the best tips you will find! Do you plan to try any of these tips tonight?

Obviously

Obviously, I am stupid. Stupid to be in love. I wish I could say all words in my head, they are spinning round and round. just answer me, do you keep someone in your heart? cause you seem to just vanish. I start the conversation, you end it. Obviously, I understand. How's that even possible for someone to treat a person well who's recently known and we haven't met yet. *chuckle* Silly Me.

Such a Drama

Silently sneaking him out
Everyone must have fallen in love in the young age, everyone
It doesn't even matter to me if he ever did too
question, " does he keep the feeling?
Is he waiting for someone?"
such a drama
I'm waiting for him, but He's waiting for someone else
He doesn't send any signals if I exist either
It's always be me who's asking if he's for real
It's always be me who's this awkward, annoying and unwanted girl
craving and painting my life with my own imagination
for he would throw his first conversation to me, throw the simplest out-of-date question is okay
but, no
He won't
a simple thing I want from him is what I can't get
It's like I'm chasing all those stars in the early morning
Mission failed, feeling not matched
All these signs give me a thought
that "you-let-me-in"
but "you-don't-welcome-me"
such a drama huh.

(Im)Perfect Lie

I think I know how it feels to be betrayed by friends. though it's a friend who is recently known. I did, to one of my colleague. I did tell lie to her. it was imperfect lie. I told something untrue and she constantly found out the truth in front of us. I felt ashamed, and even-though she didn't judge me that I lied, officially. but her eyes, changed at once. I didn't mean to lie, I automatically lied. that lie was not beneficial to me

Still Waiting-another true story

My life was never a fairy tale. I didn't have a very happy childhood. I didn’t have a very happy life. All my boyfriends left me after three months. I felt cursed. I am twenty years old and I don’t know if the problem lies with me or my family. All I know is that I have problems with them and I have given them so much pain.
I was very sad with my life and I wasn’t thinking

Quotes for Dreamers

In my dreams, you're mine. In my life, you're a dream

Life's like a dream, sometimes it's good and sometimes it's bad but in the end it's over.

I'll take the dream I had last night,
And put it in my freezer,
So someday long and far away,
When I'm an old grey greezer,
I'll take it out and thaw it out,
This lovely dream I've frozen,
And boil it up and sit me down
And dip my old cold toes in.
~Shel Silverstein, "Frozen Dream," A Light in the Attic

When we are dreaming alone it is only a dream. When we are dreaming with others, it is the beginning of
reality - Dom Helder Camara-

path dream through

it's about a couple of days and I'll reach my 18th. BEING SEVENTEEN IS SOOO MUCH. I get my first real hot interview where I had to answer the easy quiz, interview, write teaching plan and stuff. I was sooo glad finally I had a job after school and thought It's gonna be a real fight. and, it was.

as an English tutor, I had to learn speaking English in my working environment which was a little hard cause I didn't practice speaking it so often. thanks to God some people there wanted to start the conversation with me since I was an introvert person. tee hee... from that on, I tried and tried giving my best to be good. I loved being one of that part. The company has a very good and tidy management that the teachers not only teach and earn, but this "something" that is hard to find anymore, discipline lessons. I can feel the presence of discipline once I notice around the area. and I miss it. :(

now I'm looking for another job, I promise God if you really send me to the teaching job again, I'll change all I-think-it's-hard to all-is-good. despite I'll learn new lesson well. as long as I'm through my 17, I feel sooooooooooo grateful, God. I do. I never want to spoil, eagerly want to buy anything. I learn to save, cause this world is being so cruel lately. this world taught me life is not about a flying dream, but chasing dream and get it to the ground.

see, this world has a lot and a lot to learn something wonderful. I'm not kinda girl who likes having fun with friends and traveling and shopping, socializes a lot. i mean, I REALLY WANT TO, if I could. I can't speak much, it's not my ability. which is why I'm not into business. I feel like, "can anyone see through me without caring how I look, how I speak, walk, run, cry, smile, chat?" well, I don't think so. and that makes me strong and feel comfortable being myself, cause it's only me who really can understand me, spiritually connected, soul mate. this seventeen has really taught me what real life is and I begin to accept it. No, I won't forget those whom I love the most, esp my grandma. she is up there with God, and I'm happy for whatever you do that makes you happy too, grandma. okay, don't cry.

one thing you should know, blog, I do chat to myself more than to other people. -____________-

my 18 is gonna be my next life-meal *groammm* all I think is college college college, saving saving saving. :)

I don't know why my today's post is a mess. but, keep blogging !
