finally, a couple days ago right I was having my mid test and I'm sorry blog, I didn't write to you at that time. quite busy on studying for test, I said I love him and he said he felt the same way, It made me super crazily happy !D:

today is Saturday so, yeah, I felt unnice maybe I'm so much in love with him. instead I'm not sure how he feels exactly I only can hope for the best and the best for both of us. he said he wanted to meet me a while on this Monday and My mind just asked "why?". blog, to tell you the very truth that, I'm not as confident as you'd think. if only I was this elegant slim beautiful confident girl, yes I would say yes to him. reality can't deal with what I hope. lol. maybe the other reason is, I still compare others with me. knowing a girl sitting on the spotlight is this kinda girl whom every guy wants to be with and surely she can carry herself and man can bring her in every place proudly. I want to make everyone proud of me. I'm on progress, so please give me more time to finish it up. what should I do? of course I can't simply tell him this thing. harrrr, I shouldn't say it. You try, but no matter how many sheep you count or how many times you roll over, you still just can’t drift off to la-la land. Well, the good news is, there are some tricks to fall asleep you should try that can help! I know, because they have worked for me many times. Here is my top tricks to fall asleep you should try! You will be sleeping like a little baby in no time at all!

1. Get Active

If you lay around all day and do nothing to tire yourself out, of course you won’t be sleepy at night! Get active and do some things to make yourself tired. Exercise is a good place to start, not only because it will wear you out, but exercise promotes healthy sleeping patterns and physical fitness. So get to the gym or take a light jog through the park!

2. Sleep Tight

My husband and I employ this trick to fall asleep and it works like a charm! A few minutes before heading to bed, turn your AC down low. You will sleep better in a cooler temperature! You can also have a fan or two blowing on you as you drift off for maximum effect.

3. Relax

Before trying to fall asleep, it’s important to wind down for the evening. Do something that relaxes you. Some people like to read, others like to meditate or watch television. Try taking a warm bath or shower to help your muscles relax, and maybe rub on a lavender scented lotion to soothe your senses.

4. Food for Thought

There are certain foods you should avoid close to bedtime. I wonder

Sometimes I wonder if I were a novel writer, a story about myself. something worth to write and, deserved. What I've done to people involved in my life. I asked myself in a lounge waiting 'till my calling in teeth clinic, texting this as a draft.

It's been almost a year since I went to our family favorite-like-to-talk-more dentist that I forgot how he looked like the last time. but this obeyed and smiley boy that "popped out" entering the front door with his quite young feminine happy woman to come along are welcomed by a luxurious-perfect-bling-on-her-fashion and sweet-scented lady sitting beside me. "Now I remember," This boy is his twin. they are a happy family. they are affordable. I wonder.
