I love my family deep inside my heart. yet I haven't done anything proud for my family. Till that day come, I can't look at my father's eyes cause I'll lock myself in the room and cry. My dad easily forgets things, and hardly hear something. but when he's talking about his children, He gives the best shot ! That's what I adore so much. We are getting older, time is ticking and taking the age. I'm stuck. I feel so down for I can't solve my sadness. I want to make my dad proud. I believe my dad will see that. this is my promise.
Music Videos are a very big part of our culture as humans. I’m sure that not everyone will agree with me on that, but when you stop to think about it, it’s true! There can be so much emotion and passion in one music video. Music alone is powerful, but when you add faces and stories behind it you get a whole new aspect on the song. And thats what music videos do! I’ve made a list of my personal favorite music videos, and I’m sure that you will love them as much as I do!
I am proud to stand and say that I’m an american citizen and my prayer is that every American can say that! This is one of my favorite music videos because it is powerful and has a strong meaning behind it! Every country in this world has beauty and is different in its own way but America is the land of opportunity. I encourage each American citizen to watch this music video!
2. Who Are You When I’m Not Looking
We all love a good love song, and this is one song that you can relate to as a woman. Whether you are the women who burned the toast, bit off your nails, or soaked in the tub after a long hard day, this song can speak to you on a personal level. I believe this music video shows that men look for those imperfect qualities in us, and love us for them.
3. Mama’s Song
I love this song so much that I actually had it at my wedding! This is one of the few music videos that can make me cry nearly every time I see it. Just watch it and you will know exactly what I mean, especially if you have a close relationship with your mother.
4. I Pray For You
This music video has a humorous take on breaking up, but in reality we can all relate! I know I’ve had my fair share of moments that I have wanted to dedicate this song to “friends” i’ve had over the years. Watch it for a good laugh if nothing more!
5. You’re Gonna Miss This
No matter how anxious, ready or exciting it is to move out on your own and constantly be looking to the future, this music video is a great reminder to remember to enjoy each phase of your life as it comes. Time goes by so quickly, and it’s not something you can get back so enjoy it while it’s on your side. Warning: Keep tissues handy on this one! Don’t you love music videos that make you cry?
6. American Soldier
This music video is very personal and real to me in more ways than one. My husband is in the military, and these are realities that we deal with every day. However, nothing can make you more prouder than to serve your country! This music video is a tender, yet harsh reminder of the good, bad and ugly that comes with serving one’s country, and the pride that goes with it!
7. Back to December
I’m sure that everyone has that moment in their life they wish they could go back to and do differently. I think that’s what this music video is all about. Regrets and wishes, second chances that never happened. It’s a sad song, but sung with closure, which is something that some of us never do get, making it one of my favorite music videos.
These Music Videos are just a few of MY personal favorites, but I know you will love them too! Music videos can help you to better understand a songs meaning while bringing you to a personal level with the singer and songwriter. What are some of your own favorite music videos?
whew, my blog is full of mumbling mumbling useless wasting posts. hahahha. and this time, it stays the same, unluckily. =.=
Is it possible for a 18-year-old teenager like me to get taller again? well, I wish for 10 centimeter more. Let's find out what we have to solve your same problem with me. ^^ *if u don't have, you may leave simply this post. still, thank you* :D
yahoo.com says :
yoghurt, cheese, and boiled chicken. Your bones need phosphorus, calcium, and magnesium while your muscles need water, protein and carbohydrates to grow. Since you are growing taller, both your muscles and bones are getting bigger and longer. Don't waste your money or your health on drugs, alcohol or cigarettes.
Have the hair style that makes you appear taller. In order to appear taller, a hair style should be thin at the sides and higher up top, which can make you appear as much as an inch taller Avoid clothes with horizontal lines. Belts are horizontal so make sure you conceal it in your clothes.
Avoid clothes with a tartan or checked pattern. Avoid cuffs that makes your legs appear shorter.
• Wear clothes with vertical lines or striping. Vertical lines make a person appear thinner,
and thinness in turn gives impression of more height.
Wear shoes that will make you appear taller. If you are a female, this should be easy since you can find a lot of female shoes with 2 or 3 inches’ heels. For males, wear shoes with thick soles to add the illusion of height.
To increase your height, it is important that your blood is oxygenated as blood provides nourishment to your bones. Regular breathing will also purify your blood. There are three phases to breathing:
1. Inhaling - take in air into your body through the nose
2. Retaining - hold your breath inside your body
3. Exhaling - blow out air from your body through the mouth
It is during deep sleep that growth hormone does its job of thickening and lengthening your bones. So appropriate sleeping time (not the longer, the better) and correct sleeping posture is very important for your body to grow. Sleep is defined as a natural periodic state of rest for the mind and body, in which the eyes usually close and consciousness is completely or partially lost, so that there is a decrease in bodily movement and responsiveness to external stimuli.
During deep sleep, growth hormone produced by your pituitary gland is released into your blood stream and travel through your body and causes the thickening and lengthening of your bones. Therefore, you should achieve "deep level" sleep on a daily basis in order to coordinate your affords of exercises and proper diet. The following are some helpful tips on how to easily achieve deep level sleep.
Sleep in a comfortable and firm mattress.
Sleep in a room that is dark, quiet and fresh smelling.
Sleep with clean, soft, and comfortable clothes.
Keep your hands and feet warm. Scientific studies have shown that warm hands and feet will help induce REM (rapid eye movement) deep sleep. Cold hands and feet will keep you from deep sleep.
Drink a big glass of water before going to bed and when you wake up; this will help clean out your system.
Practice total relaxation and deep breathing for a few minutes before you go to bed.
Relax from head to toe. Close your eyes and relax every part of your body.
Maintain a habit of sleeping at the same time everyday, including weekends.
Sleep on your back with a flat pillow under your knees. This will align your spine properly and prevent any back aches caused by sleeping in a bent position.
Undoubtedly, the quality, quantity, and type of food we eat affect our height, growth, and health. We cannot emphasize enough how important your food intake is in determining how much growth you can possibly obtain. The types of food you eat will either improve or decrease your growth potential.
After careful consideration and research, the daily content of protein, carbohydrates, fats and water can be achieved if the following items were taken regularly.
Carrots Fish Liver
Egg Yolk Beef Red Meat
Milk Cheese Apples
Green Vegetables Potatoes Nuts
Yellow Vegetables Almonds Bananas
Peanuts Chicken Beans
Peas Salt 6-8 glasses of water per day
If you eat a lot of peanut butter, your height will not necessarily stop. Neither does masturbation stop height.
What might stop you from growing is smoking, drugs, alcohol, lack of sleep, stress, digestive problems, or lack of exercises.
eHow.com says :
Instructions
Eat an apple or banana soon after you wake up to give your body a boost of energy for a morning exercise.
Exercise for at least 30 minutes. Cardio exercises such as running, cycling or swimming maintain a rapid heart rate while minimizing impact on the body. Exercise stimulates the prominent growth hormone found in the pituitary gland, the human growth hormone (HGH), according to Gainheight.com
Hang from a pull up bar for five minutes. The Growing Taller Guide website reports that hanging decompresses and elongates your spine and joints, which helps your body grow taller.
Eat a well-balanced breakfast. Drink orange juice, eat whole-grain carbohydrates, eggs, yogurt, milk and cheese for protein and calcium. The protein and calcium stimulate bone and muscle growth while the vitamins in the orange juice and the carbohydrates provide energy for your body throughout the day.
Eat a small meal every two to three hours, depending on when you get hungry. Large meals make your body release insulin to regulate blood sugar levels, which suppresses the body's human growth hormone. After small meals, your body can convert all the nutrients more easily into energy for muscle growth. Eat five to seven small meals each day instead of three large meals.
Eat the last meal of the day at least two hours before bedtime. Don't eat right before sleep as your body is unable to properly convert food into energy or muscle growth. Instead it is stored into fat.
The Growing Taller Guide recommends an exercise just before bed to strengthen your back muscles and ligaments, helping them grow. Lie down on your stomach and stretch your arms out in front of you with your palms down. Keep your legs straight and lift your right leg and left arm off the ground. Try to hold the pose for five seconds. Repeat the pose with the other leg and arm. Do this routine four times, doubling the amount of seconds you keep your limbs off the floor each time until you reach twenty seconds.
Tips & Warnings
Cigarettes, alcohol and drug use can stint your growth. Sleep at least eight hours a night. The body needs time to rest and regenerate.
My life was never a fairy tale. I didn't have a very happy childhood. I didn’t have a very happy life. All my boyfriends left me after three months. I felt cursed. I am twenty years old and I don’t know if the problem lies with me or my family. All I know is that I have problems with them and I have given them so much pain.
I have a friend named Monty Roberts who owns a horse ranch in San Ysidro. He has let me use his house to put on fund-raising events to raise money for youth at risk programs. The last time I was there he introduced me by saying, "I want to tell you why I let Jack use my house. It all goes back to a story about a young man who was the son of an itinerant horse trainer who would go from stable to stable, race track to race track, farm to farm and ranch to ranch, training horses. As a result, the boy's high school career was continually interrupted. When
pals, wherever you are, visiting this post, please read this one. A MUST READ STORY. enjoy it.
It's a cold February night. People are bustling through the streets, either pulling up their coat collars or wrapping scarves around their necks, trying to stay warm. It's so cold today. I'm standing at my window, looking at the people moving like little dots. Standing in a heated room, I'm beginning to pity those people.
it's about a couple of days and I'll reach my 18th. BEING SEVENTEEN IS SOOO MUCH. I get my first real hot interview where I had to answer the easy quiz, interview, write teaching plan and stuff. I was sooo glad finally I had a job after school and thought It's gonna be a real fight. and, it was.
as an English tutor, I had to learn speaking English in my working environment which was a little hard cause I didn't practice speaking it so often. thanks to God some people there wanted to start the conversation with me since I was an introvert person. tee hee... from that on, I tried and tried giving my best to be good. I loved being one of that part. The company has a very good and tidy management that the teachers not only teach and earn, but this "something" that is hard to find anymore, discipline lessons. I can feel the presence of discipline once I notice around the area. and I miss it. :(
now I'm looking for another job, I promise God if you really send me to the teaching job again, I'll change all I-think-it's-hard to all-is-good. despite I'll learn new lesson well. as long as I'm through my 17, I feel sooooooooooo grateful, God. I do. I never want to spoil, eagerly want to buy anything. I learn to save, cause this world is being so cruel lately.this world taught me life is not about a flying dream, but chasing dream and get it to the ground.
see, this world has a lot and a lot to learn something wonderful. I'm not kinda girl who likes having fun with friends and traveling and shopping, socializes a lot. i mean, I REALLY WANT TO, if I could. I can't speak much, it's not my ability. which is why I'm not into business. I feel like, "can anyone see through me without caring how I look, how I speak, walk, run, cry, smile, chat?" well, I don't think so. and that makes me strong and feel comfortable being myself, cause it's only me who really can understand me, spiritually connected, soul mate. this seventeen has really taught me what real life is and I begin to accept it. No, I won't forget those whom I love the most, esp my grandma. she is up there with God, and I'm happy for whatever you do that makes you happy too, grandma. okay, don't cry.
one thing you should know, blog, I do chat to myself more than to other people. -____________-
my 18 is gonna be my next life-meal *groammm* all I think is college college college, saving saving saving. :)
I don't know why my today's post is a mess. but, keep blogging !

Organizing Tips for keeping your home, desk, car, and life in order are just what you need to start this year out right! I Loveorganizing tips because they inspire me to continue to work at staying neat and clean. I’m actually a very organized person by nature, but we can all use encouragement, right? That’s what I’m going to do for you today! Keep on reading this article for some of the very best organizing tips to keep your things in their place and make your life go that much smoother!
1. Start Small
Organization doesn’t happen overnight, so don’t try and force it. Start out small and take your time. Instead of tackling your whole house in one day, or even a whole room, choose one small area. It could be a desk, a closet, a shelf or a cabinet. You’d be surprised at how big of an impact the little things can have!
2. Put Things Away
One of my favorite organizing tips of all time is to have a place for everything and everything in its place. And not only that, but putting things away as you use them. Instead of kicking off your shoes in the hall, put them in the closet. Don’t leave your bowl on the coffee table, put it in the dishwasher. Toss your towel into the hamper instead of leaving it on the floor. It’s organizing tips like this that will help you stay on top of your game!
3. De-clutter
If you want an organizing tip that will really make a dent in the clutter you have laying around, here it is: Toss it out! I’m serious, grab yourself a few trash bags and go through your home. If it doesn’t fit anymore, you don’t use it, Love it, or need it, then it goes in the bag. Then toss out the bag without looking inside of it for second thoughts. You will be creating a more organized and much cleaner atmosphere to live in!
4. Use Containers
I love this organizing tip! It has worked for me since I was a freshman in high school. Use containers to organize everything. Little caddy’s underneath the bathroom sink will hold your hairspray, deodorant and toothpaste. Baskets in the hall closet will sort your pillowcases, towels, and sheets. Tupperware containers in drawers can organize your tape, glue, stamps and other office supplies. A dish on the front table will give your keys, wallet and phone a home.
5. Use a Pin-board
Our family uses this organizing tip to keep our schedules in order. A pin board in the kitchen holds a calendar with all our scheduled events, post-it notes to remind us of things we need to do and lists of stuff to pick up. You should try this system, it really helps to make sure you don’t miss appointments and meetings!
6. Tackle Projects Early on
When people ask me for advice on getting started, here is the organizing tip I give them. Get started on your projects early on in the day. The longer you put it off, the harder it will be to complete it. As the day drags on, so will you. Get your Organizing done as early on as you can, then use the rest of the day doing stuff that you actually WANT to do!
7. Do Things Ahead of Time
When it comes to things that I have committed to or stuff I know I have to do the next day, I like to have as much of it done ahead of time as possible. I lay out my clothes for work the night before, I prepare lunches for the next day the night before, and I take care of any other small task I can get out of the way before I need to walk out the door. This system instills discipline and also keeps me sane, on time, and of course, organized!
8. Use a Rotational System
Sometimes, it doesn’t matter how much you organize, de-clutter and clean up, those closets still stay in disarray. When that happens, here is an organizing tip you can pull out of the hat. Use a rotational system! You put your seasonal clothes in storage during alternate months! Winter and fall clothes can be stored during summer and spring, and vice versa. This little system will give you a lot more space and freedom!
There you have it, 8 Organizing Tips that will keep you on your toes and your home expertly clean! Organizing tips don’t have to be long and drawn out, and neither does the process of Organizing. You just have to start out small and go from there! What are some of your top organizing tips?
